Foster the creation of a common cultural identity whose participants, writing in their own language, or using that universal language called music, or even using that technical language of science, can communicate, interact, and confront each other through a project that becomes the focus upon which all single experiences and cultures converge.
Inform, teach, and educate citizens coming from all 27 countries of the European Union through documents gathered worldwide, so that they can face in a better and more updated way the complexity of love in the context of a longer life.
Provide the scientific instruments in order to create a new teaching methodology able to let people know about aging – and therefore face more serenely a longer old age – and, also, able to go in more depth into the theme of the brain functioning during the phase of the falling in love and, afterwards, during the consolidation of the feeling called “love”.
Activate people’s attention and help them focus, through the European Narrative, Science, and Music Competition - a cultural initiative which offers various ways of artistic expression - on the theme of the project: the current expectation of a high quality of life, even from an emotional point of view, in a historical moment when we witness the rapid grown of the average age, when love becomes common asset of all cultures and of all ages, when Eros defies Thanatos, when thinking ourselves into wellbeing and enjoying others’ company mirrors serenity, nature and hospitality that one can find in Montecatini Terme.
Draw attention, at the European level, upon the context where the event will take place: in Tuscany, cradle of Italian art and culture, and, more specifically, in the city of Montecatini Terme, the dwelling of the “genius loci” of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Promote the local territory: the county and the region.
Have positive economic effects, foster tourism and deepen cultural notoriety of the county.
